Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) assists with mobility development, joint strength, and body control.
Mobility refers to the amount of active, usable motion that one possesses (this is different than flexibility). The more mobile a person is, the more they are able to maximize their movement potential safely and effectively.
While improving mobility and movement potential the FRC system also acts to safe-guard your joints so your movement can be completed safely, by building strength through a joint’s range of motion.
FRC improves the function of your nervous system. This leads to a reduction of pain and injury, joint health and longevity, as well as an increased ability to move freely and easily.
FRC training can be incorporated into your 1-on-1 or buddy training session, or it can be the exclusive focus of your training session, if all you would like to focus on is your joint health and range of motion. Contact me to learn more.
